CMK Connect Programme
What is the CMK Connect Programme?
The CMK Connect Programme offered opportunities to get active, take time for self-care, make new connections, learn new skills, develop positive habits, build confidence, and boost overall wellbeing.
Unfortunately, our funding for this programme has ended, but we continue to seek new opportunities and will add any further projects here.
Delivered in partnership with organisations across Thanet, the programme offers young people aged 13-17 years the opportunity to take part in various FREE or low cost activities linked to your interests or to try something new, and collect points as you go using your CMK Connect Card.
These points can then be exchanged for rewards through CMK, a community interest company dedicated to supporting people to improve their wellbeing and live happier, healthier lives.

Our Wellbeing Champions from St George's School and The Charles Dickens School have been working with us to design and develop a wellbeing event just for teens.
The event will form part of the Thanet Games event being organised by Thanet District Council and will include our relaxation and craft teepee tent, full of wellbeing-focused activities to help boost positive emotions, lose yourself in creativity or mindfulness, make new connections, find meaning and purpose in nature-connectedness, and celebrate your achievements in the Smoothie Bike challenge!
